Brandon Kinzer Eyes Scorcher After Wiring Mountain View Raceway Field!

(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) Kentucky-turned-Florida native Brandon Kinzer collected his eighth feature win of the 2022 campaign last Saturday night, September 3 at Mountain View Raceway in Spring City, Tennessee! Brandon earned Fast Time honors during Cumberland Plateau Open Wheel Racing Series qualifying, which locked him into the pole position for the 25-lap headliner.

BK then grabbed the point at the drop of the green flag and never looked back in leading each and every circuit to pocket the $1,200 winner's check. The #18 team was also scheduled to be in Open Wheel Modified action last Friday at Ponderosa (KY) Speedway and on Monday at 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tennessee, but those Labor Day weekend shows were nixed due to inclement weather. Complete results from Saturday's victory at Mountain View Raceway can be accessed online at www.mountainviewraceway.com.

With tonight’s Cumberland Plateau Open Wheel Racing Series contest scheduled for Crossville Speedway in Crossville, Tennessee already canceled due to impending rain showers, the Kinzer Motorsports team will have to wait a few more days to return to competition. Up next will now be the ‘Scorcher’ at the ultra-fast Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, Tennessee on Wednesday, September 14. The Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Series will sanction a $1,500 to win program Wednesday at “The Gap.” Additional information can be found online by logging onto www.imopenwheel.net.
