Default More then 24 starters. Yay or Nay?

I say nay. 24 is enough at Eldora. Gap from 1st - 24th is already wide enough that leaders hit traffic pretty early.

28 is ok. 32 I’d say no. Just creating more lap traffic for leaders to get through.

Dealing with lapped traffic might be the only chance for someone to catch the pole sitter.

    Again.

The extra cars added to some great drama in the B-Mains, especially the 2nd B. Great racing for those last 2 spots. Ask the drivers how they felt about getting an extra $5,200 and I'd say they were all for the extra few cars.

We've seen at least 28 start since 2010 at eldora biggies.

I personally don't see a problem with it. Even though it seems to be between the same guys winning up there, it's nice to see guys get excited to make the race still. I will say no more than 30 though.

I'm ok with 28 starters for bigger payout races. For normal events, i would stick with the regular 24.

a lot of normal events have a hard time even coming up with 24.
I don't mind more at big tracks that can handle it.
I think I agree with the consensus that 28 is probably a good number.

There is nothing better than watching the leaders racing for position while also dealing with lapped traffic. I’m 100% in support of starting 28 cars.

I'm glad they still start at least 24 since some series have been cutting their fields to 22.
