COMP Cams Super Dirt Series 2022 Season Finale this Saturday
$6,000-To-Win Wendy’s All-American 60 on Tap at Jackson Motor Speedway

BYRAM, Miss. (10/05/22) – The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) presented by Lucas Oil will put a wrap on the 2022 campaign this Saturday, October 8 at Jackson Motor Speedway.

The Wendy’s All-American 60 is headlined by a $6,000-to-win / $600-to-start finale. New for 2022, an additional $5,000 has been distributed throughout the purse.

“It’s been a great season for our series, and we look forward to putting a wrap on it this Saturday at Jackson Motor Speedway with the Wendy’s All-American 60,” CCSDS CEO Chris Sullivan said. “The McAlpin family has graciously spread an additional $5,000 through the field for this year’s event to further bolster the purse, and we look forward to seeing which driver comes away with the $6,000 top prize.”

On the heels of a pair of strong runs during last week’s Gumbo Nationals at Greenville Speedway, Midwest Sheet Metal Marked Man Brian Rickman extended his advantage atop the series standings to a commanding 165 points heading into the final event. By attempting qualifying on Saturday, the Columbus, Mississippi driver will clinch his first-career CCSDS title.

Kyle Beard, Morgan Bagley, B.J. Robinson, Tyler Stevens, Hunter Rasdon, Logan Martin, Mason Oberkramer, Jon Kirby, and Scott Crigler round out the Top 10 in the latest standings.

Tyler Stevens continues to lead the way in the Midwest Sheet Metal Rookie of the Year standings.

The COMP Cams Super Dirt Series is ready for their final event of 2022, which will be this Saturday, October 8 at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Miss.). The Wendy’s All-American 60 posts a $6,000 top prize for the CCSDS Super Late Model contingent.

An Open Practice Session is scheduled for Thursday night, while Crate Racin’ USA 604 Crate Late Models, Crate Racin’ 602 Sportsman, Crate Racin’ USA Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, and Hot Shots will contest heat races on Friday night.

On Saturday night the complete $6,000-to-win CCSDS program will be held, while all local divisions will contest B-Mains and their Championship features.

The tire rule for the event is a Hoosier 1350 on all four corners with a Hoosier 1600 white-dot and LM40 right rear option.
