Someone had mentioned earlier that in previous seasons you could see Joseph on the phone with Marshall all the time, but not anymore. They've been running noticeably worse at the bigger shows this year, I wonder if their information sources from Capital have dried up?

A lot of racers get too smart for the builder. They start "fixing" things over time. That may or may not have happened here.

They are not good in the slick with the new capital. they have said that many times themselves. I just don't know why they don't stick with the car they call Faithful as it is their best car in both classes.

Also had mediocre results in the Longhorn when he drove for Henderson.

I don't make judgments off what they show in their videos. They can't show everything. Lots of YouTube commenters were foaming at the mouth because "they never run the valves" or change jetting. I've run the valves on a bunch of engines. Wouldn't make a very thrilling vijeo. Using a carb you can change jetting by turning a screw.

I have opinions about their racing acumen but find it difficult to separate a person's rationality from their political outlook. Some people are just dumb as fark. Just can NOT be taught or see/accept facts when they are staring them in the face. Afraid this bunch falls into that slot. I DO appreciate the fact Joseph refuses to be a bull-in-a-chinashop on the track. Lots of comments about that too. Tons of keyboard warriors that have never spent an all-nighter cobbling a car together to make the next nights race on 3 hours sleep.

Doubt they run much better in this new car. The car isn't the problem.
