    Default Bret Emrick

I’m not sure what role he has with WoO but he really needs to be behind the microphone full time. Filling Rick’s shoes won’t be easy for anyone, but Bret is absolutely top shelf. It’s been enough years since he gave up doing the Dream and the World I had begun to forget how good he is. I think James Essex called him the “golden pipes” or something to that effect at the 50th World.

I almost forgot….”Turn number 3 are YOU ready for the World 100?” He sure knows how to get a crowd going!

I know Brett used to do the driver's meetings for the outlaws at one time. It's almost weird hearing him calling races again after him being away from the mic for years.

Bret, in my opinion, is the best announcer our sport has ever had.

Totally agree. He's got a unique voice and has a great style calling the races. He's certainly one of the best!
