Great/ Awful Day
NASCAR's Gibbs family had the pinnacle of both yesterday. Ty, the controversial 20 year old grandson of team owner Joe Gibbs, won the race at Phoenix and the Xfinity Series Championship Saturday afternoon.
A few hours later Coy Gibbs, Joe's son and Ty's father died suddenly in his sleep. He was only 49 years old and, ironically, the same age as his older brother was when he died several years ago of a degenerative disease.
Can't even fathom a day like that and sympathies to the Gibbs family.

Thoughts are with the Gibbs family, can't even imagine. Coy was a great friend, racer, and one time boss to me; huge loss to many people.
