    Default No Droop Rule?

Chris Tilley made a Facebook post today wanting opinions from drivers whether or not they should have the droop rule in 2023. It had over 100 comments and I didn’t see one driver that said they wanted the droop rule. It’s not that hard, listen to your drivers

they better have some kind if rule for the decking, those spoilers will be up there close to the moon, ive seen them 56-60 inches or more

spoiler in the air = a ton more speed for the guys that know how to use it
but there is more to it than just the spoiler

It's usually not wise to listen to the inmates, when running the asylum. You will find racers that also want the rule. As Ive said many times, eliminate the aero dependence and the gain the hiking achieves. Any suspension is compromised when gross amounts of antisquat are involved. These cars gain so much from the air, it overcomes the compromised suspension. Every gain in these cars since 2015 has been related to addressing the suspension issues created by racing the cars in a contorted condition to catch air.

Who would have thought 20 yrs ago, less the plexiglass warriors, how much downforce could be created.
