Yes I was told this also. Idk either was leaving until the other day. Philip has been burnt out for a few yrs now and he's got 2 Lucas championships so why not

His mother is 80 and they have no other family in the US to help care for her, so that is the leading reason why he decided to get off the road according to a DoD PRI interview.
