Agree...on paper it made sense. Roger's shop was in Tennessee and he already ran Rocket chassis. Hopefully The O show has something lined up for 2023.

The logistics made sense for Owens and Sellers to team up. I’d be surprised if that possibility wasn’t at least on the table at some point.

I'd love to see this. Jimmy had great success in the Bloomquist cars, and it would be good to see them make another run together. This might would even get Scott motivated to get out there and get a couple more Ws

I think the Bloomquist cars fit his driving style good, but with everything that Scott has a hand in is a total circus doubtful they’ll reunite.

Someone on twitter that seemed to know what he’s talking about said Jimmy has a deal. He did not buy the Ramirez equipment but will be driving for someone else. Take it FWIW.

I would like to see Jimmy in a Bloomquist Chassis, but not as a teammate to Bloomer…as a teammate to Dale McDowell driving for SMR. I don’t see it happening, only because Shane and Dale both seem very content with what they’ve got going. But I think it would be a good pairing. A way to put Jimmy in a Bloomquist Chassis without the alien drama.

Don’t think Jimmy could obtain a Bloomquist Chasis if he wanted one- unless things have mellowed out in recent years. Scott likes some amount of loyalty and felt betrayed after Jimmy got the Lanigan Club29. I agree Jimmy’s best years were in a Bloomquist Chasis & yes they do fit his driving style. As far as Jimmy driving for SMR- Shane doesn’t have the sponsorship or crew to field another car. Since Shane works out of Scott’s shop in Mooresburg- how could Jimmy drive for Shane without being affiliated with the aliens? Can’t/won’t happen!
