They are most likely starting off with a better car to work with this time ? ?

Pleasantly surprised to see the Bilstein logo on it. I was worried he'd still be on advanced suspension. I firmly believe that was the issue with the rockets.

It appeared to be, but didn't have to be. It's not like they couldn't put the right curves in the shocks.

It appeared they refused to put the rebound in the rf. Not sure why they didn't, but that's not really a brand issue, is what I was getting at. I remember when I had to kick and scream to get my shock guy to give me more than 750# of rf rebound, at 1"/sec, back in 2012. You gotta give the car what it needs. The sticker on the shock is just something for fans to talk about.

I guess I was more or less talking about the attitude they kept in the cars. Seemed like either them or their shock guy had a system they used and wouldn't change and they were extremely loyal to that.

I still don't get it. The clan has run there on chit for years. BP, got the rocket blues and struggled, back to daddy's jig and out pops a new pierce platinum. Young BP goes back on his winning ways. Bob says I'm done building cars. Let's try a horn, mom says she always wanted to ride one and has a new tee shirt design in the works. Hummmm, I wonder where the 2 platinum chassis cars are sitting ? Because I think if young BP falls into another case of I can't get'er to come around dad. Momma and sister will be dusting themselves off so he can go back on his winning ways. happy new year Vado here we come
