THE HONORABLE MR TRUMP told the whole world in a berate in 2016 while on stage with 15 other candidates, when a question about his taxes came up , that most of the people on that stage were law makers who were responsible for writing the tax codes , he was just smart enough and rich enough to have accounts who new how to work the system that they themselves created and undoubtedly worked the same way !!!!!!
