Also aren't teacher retirement wages around 75% of their wages, generally speaking, for the final year they taught before retiring? Not shabby at all.
Especially since many teachers taught ciritical race theory, LGBTQ, and to favor the school over the parents. Not to mention the perverted porn the unions forced into the school libraries.
There are good teachers yes, and bad teachers that are literally getting a free run to teach chidren ANY thing they please.

Needless to say the non- u-crew was done with the project 3months faster. The non-u buildings were in move-in from the completion but it took a while to sort out all of the problems that the slather azzes half azzed put together ! Amazing how the unioneers can take over twice as much time to do a job but the quality is still lacking compared to the non-u work !? ?

Man you said it all right there, No need for a union if you treat your employees good but, that doesn't happen everywhere. I worked for a another phone company before my AT&T job and it was a non union job and they treated me great. Paid me well and had decent benefits so, I'm a firm believer if you treat people good you will have good employees but, when I got on at AT&T they paid me more money and better benefits so, I worked for both union and non union jobs and both treated me great. No complaints form either. I have been blessed and am thankful for being so blessed.

one of my best friends went to work for at&t in atlanta right out of collage in 85 , he is finally going to retire , he told me the non union workers had it better than the union workers , said he never understood that , my uncle worked for a local marble quarry , they were union , the company that bought them out told the workers that if they kept the union out , they would give the workers there non union benefits which was better than there union benefits , especially there retirement plan , the young ones would not listen and voted the union in , my uncle retired 2 years later and drew 800 bucks a month less than what he would have gotten with non union benefits , he is 83 now and still pizzed about it , BTW he was a loyal union man his whole life till then , I stand by my belief that unions are no where near as needed as 50 years ago , in most cases they do more harm than good now days , ive never worked a union job so maybe theres things I dont know , but my views are based on years of observation ....

So the non union employees had it better than the union employees but, yet the union employees are greedy. Well I'll be darn who would have known.

In his example I took it to mean the union folks were trifling and a bit lazier…..but wanted the same money and bennies.
The point has been made that they aren’t all awful and they all shouldn’t be lumped into a sack of their own legacy of corruption and laziness…….we all get that.
Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

BBQ that's just BS about union workers being lazy. Like I've said before you have lazy people no matter if they work in a union or not.
