This should be a great series for the rapidly growing Hobby class out here. Put together by longtime racer Jerry Bartlett and his son in law Brian Cooper, also an accomplished racer, it offers nice purses for the mostly underpaid Hobbies, good car counts for the fans and promoters. The class isn't all the old junk formerly associated with Hobbies yet has workable rules and reasonable costs for everyone and is highly competitive.
All the tracks are well established and all are within reasonable driving distances. Wish I had the time and room in the shop to put one together for off weekends for our Pro Stock touring deal.
