There's no doubt Cody can make any car go fast, but he also comes with a ton of baggage. I guess its risk vs reward. Can't blame Garrett for wanting to run a tighter ship but also expect his results to suffer.

If he showed mark what it takes to go fast maybe that's all it is going to take. What amazes me is you have some really smart people that are out there doing this. Along comes guys like Rumley and Cody and whatever measurements there going on. All of a sudden the nuts and bolts those 2 are turning puts the car and a good driver in front of everyone else. Mark paid Rumley for his services, maybe Cody rec'd the same.
