Pence made it look like he was resisting just to keep the base from turning on him. Disgrace 45 is trying to get this appealed because he knows the damage Pence is going to do. When Pence does testify, he going to remember 1/6 and threats made to his life thanks to disgrace 45. I would say it's time to pay him back. After losing the last 3 election cycles the republican party has had enough of disgrace 45. My question is who's going down with the sinking ship and who's jumping ship?
