It looks like I will be coming to Farmer city and Fairbury for my 1 st time for Lucas races in May. Why does Fairbury always film there races from back straight? and also should i sit front straight or back? Hotel recommendations please? , thank you

There is a horsetrack around it and the front grandstand sits back farther from the track than the backstretch. Sit on the backstretch if possible, frontstretch isnt bad though. I usually stay in hotel in Pontiac. About 25 mins or so away.
