And on a weeknight. This working man had to skip it.

I went to last Thursday’s race and also last nights Working Man race: the racing has been great- the track as smooth as a babies hind end ( Kudos to Vic Hill for track prep).
The 2 lap shoot outs for top 8 starting positions was very different/unique -kinda like that idea. Looking forward to Friday/Saturday and the 100k feature on Saturday. Decent crowd last night although no where near like this past Thursday for the Larson promoted race.Last night was ran very efficiently-hot laps at 6:15 as posted-feature over before 10:00.

Earl Pearson’s new shop location is 20 minutes away from Volunteer and not racing there? Doesn’t have next weeks Flo Races st Eldora & Brownstown on his schedule either- just Friday/Saturday Lucas races at Granite City & Macon. Just seems strange he is skipping : 1-20k, 1-10k, 2-5k, 1-100k, & 2-22k races??

I've always thought they should schedule these races on weekends when the Lucas and outlaws are busy. Maybe call it the weekend warrior series.
You would still have full time racers show up, but it might be different faces holding the checks.
