I can see that in Monaco or Dubai. Not Miami. Bet the vendors had a lot of leftovers.

Good Gawd. No wonder the average Joe doesn’t really care anything about Formula 1.
-
But it serves four people.

I don't think we can really compare dirt track food to this IMO.
-
Dirt track food probably better than some of that……
Where is the move over flag when you need it?????
-
I would almost pay that to watch some of those snooty people eat that stuff with a little grit mixed in while wearing their white pants and sandals with nice big dirt stains on them. Complaining about having to go back to the salon to have their hair fixed cause it was ruined by the dust.
-
I'm at a loss of words for this. The dictionary doesn't have quite the word to describe this!!!
If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention!

F1 and it’s most fervent fanbase has f*ck you money. They operate on a completely different level than any other sport. The closest thing would be true main event level boxing.
Trying to compare it to dirt racing is absurd.

Holly chit. To watch guys scream around a street circuit. Don't touch me, penalty, penalty. They call that billionaires racing. F u money, good one bayko. They have lots of it to.
-
Dirt racing is a thousandaire sport, nascar is for millionaires and F1 is the billionaires playground. This will absolutely stop me from b!tching about paying 3 dollars for nachos or $4 for a footlong corndog next time I go to the track.
-
hell, there's folks on here paging over $300 a night for a dam motel room! these food prices aint so bad for them, if thay want it.

I wonder if these nachos come in a helmet or something? Like the deluxe one you can get at a baseball game. Maybe they are served in a special vessel...

Ill take Alltechs redneck nachos for $8.50 over that crap any day!
Big helping of fries, fresh smoked pork butt, cheese sauce, jalapeno's, ranch and bbq sauce!
Make your tongue slap your brains out!

To be fair, it is not like these prices were at a general concession stand you just walk up to and order. It was the menu from the Hard Rock Beach club which is crazy expensive to begin with. I've been to the F1 race in Austin TX and while the concessions were still super pricy compared to any local dirt track, they were on par with a Pro or College football game concessions.

In 2019, the race teams were operating on nearly a half billion dollar budget. HALF A BILLION. It's funny because the races are a lot like SLM racing in America. All the action is in the first turn after the green, there's practically no passing for the lead, and there are always a few entitled kids who got their seats from daddys money. They just have a European sense of elitism that wouldn't fly at a dirt track, lest they get pummeled by some good ol boys.
