Lucas versus Locals

I thought the firecracker was an excellent race. What impressed me was the pa area drivers and how well they ran against the travelers. I'm including Blair and Zeigler as both call pa home. Locals taking 5 of the top ten positions was impressive. Speaking of Blair, I didn't realize it he won the crate race also against some heavy hitters.

Don't think Blair can be considered a true local anymore. Leads the ROY in Lucas. But Shaltenbrand and Norris had good weeks. Ferree ran into some bad luck, but top 20 for Deitz and Flinner. Yeah, good local showing.

Locals made a good showing but I swear, those travelers can go anywhere in the country and run like the track champions. Where seems to make no difference.
