    If you think cherokee in March is cold, wait till you experience Elkin in February. Gonna take a lot of luck to not freeze on that one

    Likely be 8 inches of snow on the ground. I'll be shocked if they run more than 3 races next year. Be just as surprised if the track at Pennsboro gets built. Unless Uncle Joe Brandon is paying for it.

    I don't see Elkins happening. Agree with poster above. They'll be wondering about how many inches of snow will be coming down.
