i've been going to races since moyer was a kid racing out of des moines with merryfield, hoffman, rice, etc.

that means i've been around for pretty much all of the moyer/ bloomquist era.

lots of contenders have come and gone during that span. including a few just outside of the GOAT debate.

but the Pierce/ O'neal (and hopefully Thornton and Sheppard) future battles is something everyone should be appreciating from the beginning. i know i am enjoying the talent level.

Don’t forget about the Moyer, Phillips, Essary, and McDaniels battles during that area.
