Conley’s Gear Up for Another Big Weekend Fresh Off Atomic’s Outlaw Invasion

(WHEELERSBURG, OHIO) The Conley Motorsports, Inc. (CMI) teams stayed in the Buckeye State on September 29-30, as the World of Outlaws CASE Construction Late Model Series sanctioned a pair of events up the road at Atomic Speedway in Alma, Ohio. In the $10,000 to win weekend opener last Friday night, Rod Conley received a track provisional to advance into the 40-lap feature and later blasted past twelve competitors to salvage a thirteenth place showing. R.J. Conley unfortunately missed out on the A-Main after finishing seventh in his loaded heat race and fourth in his consolation event.

At Atomic on Saturday evening, a $15,000 paycheck was up for grabs in the weekend finale. R.J. grabbed the second transfer spot through his heat race and later redrew the fifth starting spot for the 50-lap headliner. At the end of the contest, the Wheelersburg, Ohio standout was paid for a thirteenth place performance against the national touring stars. Rod finished sixth in his heat race, second in his B-Main, and nineteenth in the main event to close out his weekend.
