    Default Ball joint

Need proper part number for screw in, low friction, lower ball joint for old Mastersbuilt (01 wide combo car, 8.75" tall, 6 degree) spindles. Thanks!

I don't have a part number, but most screw-in lowers use a Chrysler screw-in. Years ago car builders were using the Chevy (Rayburn) press-in or the Chrysler screw-in (rocket).

Upper is a Moog K772. Lower is K727.

Has anyone ran into an issue with some lower ball joint brands with the nut being too big to go between the gussets on the spindle?
It will fit but you can't get a socket on it. The stud is the correct size but the nuts are different sizes.

Oh yes. We used a 15/16 wrench with the radius sanded down to fit. It only matters for certain spindles.
