    Default Dale McDowell

Listening to Dale on Flo racing is great,me and a friend had about a 2 hour conversation with him at Golden Isle and it was super informative about SLM racing.

I thought Dale was excellent and James and Dustin are both classy and humble enough to work him into the conversations and allow him to share his expertise which he obviously has a lot of

That's why people say if dirt late model racing ever needed a commissioner, it would be Dale McDowell. He was very good last night.

Wow, what great insight. Dale McDowell made the show, absolutely love his insight. If he's not racing lets hope he does this more. Also a great guy in the pits, very helpful.

I also enjoyed listening to Dale last night and hopefully there’s more to come. I think his brother would also do a great job and could probably explain the technical side of the sport to everyone. I’d also like to see Randy Weaver doing more races.

He was fantastic for announcing for the first time! Very insightful, funny and never over talked. Bring him back again!

Dale was fantastic. Way better than listening to bloomer mumble like at screven last weekend.

He tipped toed around the question they brought up about the noses which I thought was kind of funny. However, I thought he was probably the best they have had outside of Weaver about explaining certain things that go on throughout the night.

The Dale / Scott relationship puzzles me. 2 total opposites.

Enjoyable listening to someone analyzing a race that has been there. Liked what he said about flagging.

The way Dale was talking it sounded like he was retired from racing.

He called some WoO races for Speed Channel about 10-12 years ago. He was good then and still good now.

Dale was terrific and obviously would be great at calling races. Plus he would be able to add insight that only drivers can know

I've watched so much racing since the Tulsa Shootout, that I've started waiting until the race is over and then go back and watch the heats and the A main so I can fast forward through the gaps. Last night I watched the show from when Dale started thru the end. I love Dustin, James and Ben, but Dale really added something and both James and DJ did a good job of drawing Dale's knowledge out of him.

After the newness wears off, it may not be such a big deal having Dale on the 'cast, but for now, it's well worth watching. Great job by the Flo team.

I think that a true color guy, like Dale or randy, is what these streaming services need full time. I feel like that's the next step that needs to be taken.
