Looked forward to watching this one and rookie Bakersfield LM driver Ethan Dotson. A long time top Mod driver in the west and a Boone Nationals winner in that class gave no reason to doubt that he would be successful in SLM.
The very late start due to a power outage caused by the track's neighboring business, a mobile home transport, taking out a power pole wasn't a good sign. Waycross did the best they could but a few minutes after they finally got going much of NorCal lost internet service with the high winds and incoming blizzard. Bummer but we've still got power and with the next few days possibly getting a foot of snow at my ranch and 5-8 feet of the white stuff a few miles up the mountain it could, and likely, will get worse.
Anyhow, congratulations Ethan on the first LM win and wish you many more.
