    I’m a bit confused.

    If you have the tire, and send it to another lab for testing, how do you know what the baseline is? Let alone the pass/fail criteria? Compounds that don't belong? And so forth. Would BRL tell another lab what the pass/fail criteria is? Just looking for clarification, nothing more. Thanks in advance.
