When a guy walks in the room and thinks everyone in it is an ahole except for him……it’s normally not everyone else.

BBQ like when someone gets divorced 7 times. They are more than likely the problem.

Well said, I say nobody just walks away from a $400,000 a year job for no reason without something else lined up.

    Bingo…

Idk what it was but it makes no sense to walk without having anything lined up. Problem is we will probably never know.

I'm going to guess that the same thing that drove Josh away also drove B-Shepp and Huddy away. I don't think either party lacks interest from other teams and drivers.

Neither side of Huddy leaving will ever talk about what actually happened. There’s that.

Nope, but the sport is still small enough and unprotected by everyones lawyers and PR people that word will get around.

So I’m confused, it was all over 4M, Dirt on Dirt and every other motorsports outlet that B-Shepp left Rocket 1 because he wanted more family time and to be closer to home….which one is it?

It must be a good story why Hudson left because if it was anyone else they’d already had at least 3 stories out on it.

Every DoD story that I ever had background knowledge on was cleaned up for the media. You think the BShep story was different?

I think you're right. I didn't think that at first but, once Sheppard went to a longhorn. I thought well that didn't end well. I know when MasterSbilt said Sheppard was going to a longhorn I said no way and boy was I wrong. He was right.

Wouldn't that be a trip if young Huddy ended on up in a big old Longhorn ?

The same story about being closer to home and time off was given about Steve Francis. DoD doesn't employ real journalists that ask hard questions and get the real answers, they're a bunch of bloggers that want to be buddies with everyone in the pits.

I ate crow there as well. Afterwards I had heard that Shepp wanted more set up input, etc but who really knows. They also struggled with winning that year as well.

Has nothing to do with that. You can’t make enemies in their line of work or they won’t be trusted with info. It’s not rocket science.

It would surprise me. When he went to the Sellers ride they sold their Longhorns and bought Rockets because Hudson liked the Rockets better.
