It doesn't say specifically, but in other areas of the rulebook they say "first by driver points, then by owner points" so I am guessing it's by driver points, unless there is a tie.

I don't think this scenario has been addressed in the rulebook, so not sure how its all going to work. I assume we will find out at Atomic, or once the point standings are adjusted online.
