(TAZEWELL, TENNESSEE) The third round of the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals Series presented by Coltman Farms Racing and fueled by Sunoco takes place this Saturday night, March 30 at the bad-fast Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, Tennessee. The 4th edition of the Lil’ Bill Corum Memorial will be held at “The Taz” on Saturday and a $21,000 paycheck once again awaits the winner. In the three previous versions of the contest, Jonathan Davenport ('21), Chris Madden ('22), and Dale McDowell ('23) emerged victorious to collect the victor spoils.

Ethan Dotson, of Bakersfield, California, captured the Spring Nationals lid lifter at Waycross (GA) Motor Speedway back on February 29 and currently sits atop the point standings. Ryan Gustin, Donald McIntosh, Pearson Lee Williams, and Clay Harris also find themselves inside of the top five early in the Spring Nationals season. With events rained out at Swainsboro (GA) Raceway and Senoia (GA) Raceway back on March 1-2, the second round of the miniseries will take place on Friday, March 29 at I-75 Raceway ahead of the scheduled trip to “The Taz.”

Along with the $21,000 first place prize money offered in the Lil’ Bill Corum Memorial, a $2,100 Fast Time Award courtesy of Toyota Knoxville is also up for grabs for drivers that pre-entered by March 23, 2024. Also, drivers do not have to pre-enter to compete for the $21,000 payday this Saturday at Tazewell Speedway.

The pit gates will swing open at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 30, while the hillside grandstands will start to allow patrons into Tazewell Speedway starting at 5:00pm.
