Default build ford 2.3 head with vacuum rule

I need some advice on building head with vacuum and compression rules. Track rule is 12 inch at 900 rpm for 3 minute and 180 cranking compression on a stock head only. Jerry at schneider cam suggests their 296-h cam with grind in 110 lobe center for vacuum, but he cannot guarantee it.

How much can I shave the head to reach 180 cranking compression with oval port head?

Any help or advice on building my head would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
