Default Help with mounting hardware on a ford 9 inch

I have a ford nine inch that needs to go in a gm metric car, how do i go about mounting the brackets so they are square and in the proper position, with the correct pinion angle. is there a template that has the measurements and angles where the mounts need to be placed... Any help would be great Thanks

You can plumbob off the front lower balljoint grease fittings it the frame or a-arms are not bent, make a mark on the ground and measure back to the housing. Or just have someone hold the tape at the gease fitting if nothing gets in the way. Measue straight back and x it to make sure its running in correlation to front tires. Pinion angle, you'll need to get the housing at ride height compared to the frame. Turn the housing until you get to where you want the driveshaft/pinion angle to be and tack-weld the mounts. Then remeasure everything to make sure it's all still square. That's how I would do it on my car, maybe someone else can give a 2nd opinion.
