How far will you travel for $5000 to win?
Just wondering how far anyone with a 602/604 crate Late model DIRT or Fastrac legal would travel for a $5000 to win $20,000 purse plus lap money and contingency awards race?

Well it wasn't a trick question.lol
There is a track called Brighton Speedway, about 1.5hrs from Toronto going East that is having this race.
I just thought $5000 to win with $20,000 purse Plus lap money sounds pretty great.
Plus they have and are having special qualifier races at Humberstone ( Max Blair won )
Brighton,Fulton,Brewerton,Can-Am and Cayuga County. And maybe one in Illinous yet to come.
65 laps, September 17th, RAIN date the 18th
$25 to register before Aug 15th, $50 after.
Just thought more people from NY,PA,MI,OH would be up for this considering some will travel to Tennesee for a Fastrak race.

You could possibly get a few NC cars, but depends on what shows are in this area (hard to travel that far when we have quite a few $2-3000 shows so close).

Just make sure if you are planning on traveling to this event, that you have your passport(or passport card) and you will travel through customs

Some people make to big of a deal out of crossingthe boarder.
Have ID, and not be a criminal, there will be no problem.
If is no different then us go across the US boarder, some days they smile and ask a couple questions, the next guard might be a (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) !
Either way this should be a great race, they had like there 3rd photo finish in the crate late race again this weekend.
Maybe, Nick Bauman, Bobby Pierce,Dustin Griffin or any of the other Ill. hot shoes will try there luck on some Canadian dirt. lol
Come up a day early, might be a big party friday night.
