Easy answer is your going to get what you pay for. I have ran goldstars, 10,000 RPM, escort and stock. I like the 10,000 Rpm because it seems to be more durable than a aluminum but I have seen people run aluminum for years with no problem. Dist I stick to is the mellings easy to hook up with no problems what so ever

MSD will not give you any magic lap times. I used it years ago and got no improvement at all. Spend money on the chassis and get the handling better before you dump cash on MSD systems. I have liked my 10,000 rpm flywheels/ clutches. never a problem.

    Default overheating

I have never had an overheating problem... Not once...105 and high humidity... NO problems. Simple....alum radiator, plastic composite 15 inch fan (avail at any parts store) 20- 30 bucks. and I cut 3 of the 6 blades off!! a good shroud with the fan half in, half out..Thats it.. Its all common sense.. Just what youve always heard to do.. Dont shortcut it with a cheap ass used bent fin radiator either. Buy new parts, put them in properly, and you will be fine..If you are running a 2.3 you will need a min of a 3 inch spacer on the water pump. I took mine off a 390 I believe, but hey make them aftermarket and they are delivered to your door. So by the time you spend a day, and 10 gal of fuel looking for one, you could have paid for it.
