Pre-Consignment is very important for This Sale! Call our office hotline 859-581-8579 to reserve now. Items will be taken on
WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 23 - 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.
THURSDAY NOVEMBER 24 - 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Consignments will be taken on Thursday until 6 p.m. to accommodate consignors. However, all pre-consignments MUST be at the site by 12 noon on Thursday. If you are not pre-consigned, any unreserved numbers left will be distributed on a first come-first serve basis. Do not count on waiting until consignment days to get numbers for the Thanksgiving Weekend Auction! This sale will be full. Pre-consignment guarantees space in the auction.

Space rental by reservation only! Trade show space will be limited! Call early for prime space! Exhibit set-up hours during Thursday only!

Sell your racecar, truck, trailer, hauler, chassis, kart for a flat fee of $30…Owner may put a reserve price on unit. If it doesn’t meet the reserve price in the ring owner has option to say yes or no!!! That’s right only a flat fee $30 on rolling stock to sell or no sale.
First 25 pre-consigned rolling stock numbers will be sold on Saturday. Next 25 will be sold on Friday. Remaining rolling stock numbers will be sold Sunday!!!!

I've seen several people on here from last years auctions gripin an complainin bout taking forever to get paid or not being paid for their stuff that they ran thru your auctions ............has that problem been fixed because i've talked to a few that were scared to run their stuff thru your auction for fear of not gettin paid ? Not tryin to stir no sh#t , jus tryin to make you aware of somes fears to help you be better . Thanks , Richard
