Default Best Front Wheel Drive " STOCK"

What car makes the best Front Wheel Drive 4 cylinder HORNET CAR?
As far as durability and speed? Can you really do anything to help the car as far as air pressures ot tire type?.
How can you help with the safety aspects of building one of these cars?

I've seemed to have good luck running a neon. But mainly depends on what type of cars your running against, different ones are better at different tracks..
