2300 ford cam
I have been out of mini stock racing for some years looking for some help whats the best HYDRAULIC cam to use now days we have no lift rule just has to be HYDRAULIC any help would be great thanks

try schneider cams. very good cams.

I agree with Olin. Tough to beat Schneider Cams. They've been grinding cams for SOHC Ford 4-cylinders for 30+ years. And for a $50 bill, I'd also recommend DeskTop Dyno 5 @ www.proracingsim.com . Between the dyno engine sim & the cam manufacturer, you should be headed in the right direction regarding cam selection. -Dave-

Schneider all the way.........
x3 on Schneider. Whatever cam you choose use the correct and top quality valve springs.

If you must use a hydraulic cam, and based on head/engine mod's required for best power......... under your Rules, seriously consider PAC (www.racingsprings.com) NITRIDED beehive springs. I've never failed one over nearly 2 decades. -Dave-
