Default high bleed lifter or anti pump up lifter

Hi, I'm looking into ways to restore vacuum during low rpm. Does anyone make high bleed lifter or instructions how to modify a regular hydraulic lifter into a high bleed lifter? This is for Ford 2.3

Also where can I get anti pump up lifter for Ford 2.3, I tried looking up the internet but couldn't find them.

    Thanks.

i don't know how well a bleed off type lash adjuster would work for you. i have ran big E vacuum cams(2264.5 and it pulled the vacuum it claimed) in the past and they were ok. they have centerlines of 125-126 degrees and would pull well over 7000rpm. with the proper set of the geometry and lash a hyd cam can run to 8000 rpm. weather you need to run that high depends on a number of things.
