Identify My Comp Cam

I use a comp cam that someone gave to me. They told me what the lift and duration was but I don't remember. The different numbers on the cam are 1) stamped on the end are 112862 370126 2) and there are several numbers on the shaft, they are D5, 1229, C1, and CWC, as best I can tell. Thanks
