Metric clip IMCA /bite Radiator size?
I will be starting the season out with a gas motor, what size radiator should I use ? I can only fit up to a 25"radiator in my chasis, how mutch cooling difference will there be between a 22" double pass, 22" single pass / will either of these work for a gas motor or should I go to the 25"radiator 2nd should I use a 4light or 5the blade fan for optimum cooling email or text me your thoughts.beesboytoy@AOL.com / 6073681306will thanks.

I put in a double pass and my engine ran 20 degrees cooler.

I'd run the biggest double pass I could squeeze in it, might be over kill but come mid July thru August if your running 2-3 nights a week and dont get mud blew out completely at the bottom that's when it will pay its dues..JMO

I like 4 blade fans they move a lot of air and keep her cool when the yellow is out.slow the pump down so it doesn't cavitate at high rpms.run the fan with half the blades in the shroud and make sure the bottom hose has a spring in it so it doesn't calapse.the 22 should keep her cool with this done,if not check and see if your timing is over 38 all in I run 33 and all in by 3300.Get the pulleys with deep grooves a slipping belt is hard to catch and it will bite ya

It appears I can barely squeeze a 25"radiator in it, I'm gona try a 25"radiator double pass with a 4couple blade. I'll have to make sure cleaning the radiator is on my maintenance sheets for this summer, thanks /will if anyone else has any in put please post.

Rob, they make a 24" Double pass. I found the best fan is a stock 4 blade fan. The best way to clean a radiator is to buy one of those cheap kiddie pools. Fill it with water and take the radiator out and let it sit in it over night. Spray it out the next day

I do agree as well. Personally I find stock 4 blade fan the best for this part of cooling.
