Default Powerglide Direct Drive (how many qts)?

I have installed a Powerglide direct drive in my street stock, it has the stock capacity pan, how many qts of fluid do these normally hold?

When running a direct drive coupler you will be checking the fluid level with the engine NOT running. The proper fluid level regardless of oil pan would be 3/4 inch above the pan rail. Hope that helped you out.
