CONCORD, NC – A fast qualifier and hard charger of the race bonus awaits the drivers of the National Dirt Racing Association (NDRA) as FK Rod ends has joined City Chevrolet in adding prize money to the NDRA events at the October 10th Circle K Showdown at The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
FK Rod Ends has put up a $500 cash award for the fastest qualifier in the field and a $500 bonus for the hard charger of the event.
“FK Rod Ends does as much for grass roots racing as anyone in the industry,” said NDRA’s Larry Lee. “No matter where you look from coast to coast, from dirt to asphalt there is some kinds of FK logo brand on something. They do a remarkable job marketing their product and we are proud that they chose to do some with us.”
City Chevrolet announced last week they would put up an additional $1,000 to anyone that can win the event that has previously won an NDRA sanctioned race in 2012.
The $2,000 to win event will be the final NDRA Road Show presented by Heintz Performance race in 2012.
