    Default panhard bar frame mount

has anyone welded this in at a angle so when you slide the mount up or down you wouldn't need to resquare the rearend

Angled wouldn't make a difference. It would have to be radiused at what ever length your J bar is. Bloomquist cars have a radiused tube with slugs welded in it like that. BSB and Wehrs make a radiused bracked that can achieve what you're looking for.

The only way that it works is if you are running the exact length and angle panhard bar that the bracket was designed for. If you raise the bar at the pinion you have to raise the radiused brkt on the frame the same amount. If you lengthen or shorten your panhard bar, then the radius is wrong. You still have to adjust the panhard in most circumstances.IMO it is a waste of money that could be spent on making the car go faster. Something like tires.
