Take up springs

09 Rocket Blue/Grey Integra shocks what all shocks our they running take up springs on/ what about the Fifth? Pros cons

The way these cars are now the LF is about the only place a take up spring is mostly used you will never need a take up on the 5th it should be preloaded 1/4 in if your seeing a smaller spring that looks kinda like a 6th spring coil on top of a main spring its not a take up its a stack or progressive deal and that's a whole different discussion all together
