Default 77 Nova Ride Heights & Setup

Im getting ready to set my car up for the first time myself, seems nobody want to help with good information So, I got a few questions on a few things, First of , I have to weigh 3200 at ANY time, So far I have:
    LF Spring 800 (New Afco)
    RF Spring 950 (New Afco)
LR Spring 175 (Leafs w/1" Block)
    RR Spring 200 (Leafs w/ 2" Block)
    Bilstein Shocks
    Adjustable Front Buckets
What are the ride height # on each corner And Where do i measure ride heights at ?
Do i change the ride heights in rear with the shackles? does the lowering block put bite in the car?
What #'s will i need to to try to be at as far as front, rear & bite
I have scales now, do i weight the car with me in it or without?
Sorry for such a long post, Thanks in advance for your help

    Switch the rear springs.
You will need to be around 2 to 3 inch on the lower blocks. Watch the frame rail to the rear-end housing; if the car is rolling hard on a rough track , they will hit.

So where do i measure the ride heights? what should they be (is rf 1", rr 3/4" ,lr 1/2", lf 1/4"?)
What scale numbers am I looking for as far as left side, rear weight & cross
I know i adjust ride heights with front adjusters, how do you set the rear, with blocks or shackles?
