Default Build new car, need advice

I have been racing for a couple years now but I have been running fords thats has always been build before I got them, so I sold everything and decided on building a chevy so I went and got a 84 Monte Carlo that is bone stock except having the cage in it. Need pointed in the right direction on what parts to start swapping out with and putting in. Thnaks

    It'll be fine

Its pure street/street stock. I was gonna put racing shocks all the way around, different spiendles, tublar control arms and change the 10 bolt rear to a 9in.

I can see maybe the arms being frowned uppon at one track because the other track I run at says we can run them but the rules doesnt say the spindles has to be stock for that make of car just as long as they are stock passanger car spindles.
