The Southern Regional Racing Series would return to action at Boyd's Speedway for the final time this season. Thirty drivers entered in the $3,000 to win event. Right before qualifying, rain would try to cancel yesterday's event. After a brief delay, we would go straight to qualifying. Riley Hickman set fast time with a 14.9. Randy Weaver would win the FAST DASH and also win his first SRRS race this year. Thanks to Boyd's Speedway and all drivers/teams, and fans for a GREAT night of racing.

I have heard several times this weekend that it took them over 20 mins to tell Skip Arp that he was being DQed for being light, but yet they told him that he was good at the scale house. Why would it have taken this long to tell somebody that they were light? Shouldn't he have been told at the scale house if they were gonna DQ him for being light?

He was not told that he was good at the scale house. We were told he was light and DQed him as soon as we found out.
