Although its $46,000-to-win purse may not be a flashy as that of its June counterpart, the World 100 is generally regarded as the most prestigious of all dirt late model races. And as a result, more than 100 drivers and cars have made their way to the Eldora Speedway in tiny Rossburg, Ohio for a weekend full of racing action on the Tony Stewart owned track.

Among those planning to be in action and hoping to take home the globe adorned trophy when their hauler exits the pit area on Saturday night/Sunday morning are nine drivers who call east Tennessee home.
