I have 2 all alum super LM motors - a 415 and a 430. Same heads on both. Will I notice any performance difference if I use the same tri-y header onboth?

NO. If they run the same rpms.

It will be a minimal difference if the they are built to suit the application in the first place. when you get into the larger cubic inch stuff 400 plus or real high RPM stuff you have to take a lot of things into account to build tri-y's that wont hurt the performance of your motor if you don't get a set made for your application you are probably loosing HP/TQ with a tri-y. Although if done correctly most motors will respond well to tri-y's but not all do some perform better with a good set of conventionals.

One other thing to consider is firing order. A lot of damage can be done with wrong firing order tri -y headers.
