Default Lower metric a arm bushing

Putting new lower a arms on metric chassis. I need to replace the bushings but not sure what to get. Some are steel, some nylon, some look like stock material. What do you guys recommend?

Steel low friction are the best to free up movement. Poly bushings are a little easier on the frame holes.

What SCD said. The Allstar roller bearing bushings are well worth the money. Very free movement, very smooth, and very consistent.

X 3 on the roller bearing ones. I welded grade 8 washers on the frame mounting holes and have had zero issues!
