Is the Richmond transmission legal in a IMCA Southern/Limited Mod?

I ran them in stock car, which required oem.. I went to a bushore for the extra hp to the ground and quicker throttle response.

Is the bushore still better if u have to have torque converter

Everybody just runs a dummy converter, they just fill it with fluid so the techs think it's a real converter when they can drain the fluid out of it.
